Eva is an expert in citizen engagement with two decades of experience in international environments across public administration, diplomacy, and civil society. She has designed, coordinated, and supported deliberative mini-publics across Europe, advancing participatory democracy in diverse contexts. Among other roles, she has provided process design and technical assistance on deliberative democracy to the Council of Europe, as well as to the OSCE Presence in Albania. She is currently the Executive Director of DemNet Hungary, an independent NGO. She holds MA degrees in law from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and in political science from Central European University (CEU) and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Potsdam, focusing on citizen engagement in constitutional processes. Eva is a 2025 Eisenhower Global Fellow and also serves as a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania in 2025-2026. She also lectures on deliberative democracy at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest.
