Ioannis Androulakis was born in Heraklion, Crete, grew up, studied and worked in Thessaloniki. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the AUTH and holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in public law. Lawyer at the Supreme Court, during the period 2015-2020 he participated in the legal support team of the TRANS ADRIATIC PIPELINE. In the period 2020-2023, he was the Commander of the Autonomous Service of Road Tolls and Electronic Management of Road Infrastructures of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. He is married and father of two daughters.
