Mr. Vassilis Korkidis was born in Piraeus and is President of the Hellenic Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship (ESEE), as well as President of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI). He is also Vice-President of the European Association of Craft, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (UEAPME) and EuroCommerce, a member of the Board of Directors of Enterprise Greece Invest & Trade, a member of the Coastal Shipping Council and the Regulatory Authority for Ports, and a member of the Governing Council of the University of West Attica, former Piraeus University of Applied Sciences. He has also served as President of the Piraeus Commercial Association and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Piraeus Port Authority (PPA).
