Eric Mino is a computer Science engineer, always bringing innovation to the public sector or to the industry. In early 1990’s, he launched the TeleCities network focusing on Digital Cities applications in the EU and worldwide. He turned to the water sector in 2000 as director of the Technical Unit of the Euro-Mediterranean Information System on know-how in the water sector (SEMIDE), since 2021 he is also leading the service Europe, Mediterranean, Central Asia and China at the International Office for Water (OiEau).
