Dr. Eudokia Balamou: Operations Manager of Larnaca and Famagusta Districts Development Agency (Cyprus). It holds a Ph.D in Sustainable Rural Development. It has many publications and research work in the impacts assessment of policies. She is responsible for all the EU programmes of ANETEL and with her team they have implemented more than 85 EU projects as Lead partner and partner. In the Interreg Euro-Med she is part of the Institutional Dialogue for Green Living Areas Mission. During the last years she has been working in networking the relevant stakeholders and policy makers to discuss and draft regional/ local strategies.
