Lina Annab is the Jordanian Minister of Tourism & Antiquities since 2024.  Prior to assuming her ministerial post is June 2016, Annab served as the General Manager of Zara Investment Company (Holding), one of the leading hotel-owning and real estate companies in Jordan. Over the past 25 years, Annab held various positions at Citibank, Johnson & Johnson, and the International Monetary Fund. Throughout most of her career she has workerd in the private sector in the USA, Europe, and various countries within the MENA region. In December 2018 , Annab was appointed as member of the Advisory Board at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. - School of Foreign Service / Center for Contemporary Arab Studies (CCAS). Annab holds a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy and Foreign Languages and Literature (English, French, Italian and Spanish) from the University of Hartford in Connecticut.
