IOANNIS TSOUKALIDIS is a physicist (University of Patras) with MBA in Total Quality Management. He plans and implements Projects related to Local Development, Innovation and Social Innovation, Employability, Social and Solidarity Economy, Cultural Heritage, and others, since 1995. He has successfully implemented tens of EU co-funded projects and currently is involved in the implementation of several new co-funded projects. Since 2016 he’s special advisor to the Mayor of Paggaio.
