Christina has worked in public affairs, public policy and business development in the public and private sectors for the last twenty years in Greece and abroad. A linguist by training, she taught English and Translation at the University of Chicago, the University of Athens and the French Institute of Athens, served as Chief of Staff for the Dean of the Hellenic Parliament, and as Senior Advisor at the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks and the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs, Culture and Sports. Her high-profile public and political affairs positions at the US, and Australian embassies in Greece, Albania, and Bulgaria have added to her experience with different administration and governance systems.

For the last eight years, she has been involved in communication and business development projects for new technologies and sustainability that range from ESG to renewable energy to the blue economy. She assisted in establishing the Institute for Sustainable Development (ISD), a joint initiative of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, EPLO and ELGS, and the EPLO/ISD Blue Platform for Sustainable Ocean Economy in Cascais, Portugal. Co-organized the 4 Sustainability Summits in Greece and South-East Europe and the first EU-Eurasia-China Summit with the Economist Events, established the first Blue Economy Forum in Greece with the Delphi Economic Forum and a series of ISD webinars on the SDGs, and Climate Law with CEPS and Dianeosis. In July 2021, she co- founded ESGreece, a weekly newsletter on ESG and impact investing in English.

Christina holds an MA in the Humanities from the University of Chicago where she was a Fulbright Scholar, a BA in English and Greek from the University of Athens and a Diploma in Gender Studies at the University of the Aegean. She has been trained in Public Diplomacy at the Foreign Service Institute, US Department of State. Fluent in Greek, Spanish, English and has studied Mandarin Chinese and Italian.
