Mr. Khalid Nofal is a Deputy Minister of Finance for Administrative & Technical Reform since 2014. His focus is on PFM reform, with special focus on Gov. Contracting, Public Procurement policies and institutional modernization. Mr. Nofal previously chaired the government procurement oversight body in Egypt – “General Authority of Governmental Services” from 2007 – 2012. Prior to joining the Government of Egypt, Mr. Nofal has served as a senior international Contract & Procurement advisor in various private and government organizations and implemented projects across the United States, Middle East, and Africa.
