Yiannis Eumolpidis is an Urban Planner with postgraduate studies in urban planning and real estate development from Columbia University and specialization in metropolitan governance of large cities from EPFL University. He has been a special advisor to the Mayor of Athens on matters of urban planning and urban planning and was responsible for the promotion and coordination of large-scale urban planning interventions, as well as for strategies and actions for the revitalization of the center through SOAP. In this position, he technically supported the securing of financial resources of approximately €150 million to finance the planned interventions, while representing the Mayor on the Board of Directors of Elliniko SA (2013-2015). He also has experience in the development and management of real estate in Greece and New York.
