Civil servant of the Corps of Curators of National Museums and PhD in Architecture from the Technical University of Madrid. He has collaborated in the drafting of Strategic Plans and in R&D Plans related to Urban Landscape and to the rehabilitation of Public Space. He is a specialist in the link among cultural Heritage and collective memory, identitary Heritage and conflictive or dissonant heritage. He currently works in the General Subdirectorate of Management and Coordination of Cultural Assets of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, within the area of Industrial Heritage and cultural landscapes. He has recently coordinated the working group for the development of a protocol for the assessment of the implementation of the renewables in cultural
Heritage assets, created by the Ministry, and made up of Heritage technicians from the Spanish Regions. Since 2023 he co-coordinates the National Cultural Landscape Plan.
