Ioannis Androulakis was born in Heraklion, Crete, grew up, studied and worked professionally in Thessaloniki. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the AUTH and holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in public law. Lawyer at the Supreme Court, during the period 2015-2020 he participated in the legal support team of the TRANS ADRIATIC PIPELINE. In the period 2020-2023, he was the Commander of the Autonomous Service of Road Tolls and Electronic Management of Road Infrastructures of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. Married and father of two daughters.
