Master's degree in secondary education teaching from the University of Valencia, specializing in training and work orientation. Ph.D. courses in political law in the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science, University of Valencia. Professional experience
Carmen has extensive experience in managing European projects. She works at CEEI VALENCIA, in the international projects department, and is currently very involved in projects related to the blue economy and marine renewable energies, as well as those related to entrepreneurship, consolidation of firms, and the promotion of cooperation. In the past, she was also the coordinator of the National Association of Spanish Business Innovation (ANCES), where she was setting up, monitoring, and justifying projects and subsidies. Finally, she has also developed her career in the private sector, helping to internationalize companies.
