Charis Xiarchis is a Civil Engineer (MEng, MSc) who graduated from the University of Patras, in Greece. He currently is a PhD candidate on Environmental Technology & Intelligent Project Management Systems, and is a member of the Research team of Intelligent Transportation Systems and Project Management, Dept. of Civil Engineering, UPatras.
