Darko Ferčej is project manager of the Interreg MED BLUE CROWDFUNDING project and head of EU project Unit within Slovenian non-profit institute E-zavod. He is open innovation expert, member of European Network of Living Labs and Crowdhelix Advisory Board. In the past 18 years he has been coordinator of 6 EU funded international projects and participated as partner in 38 EU funded projects, financed from 9 different programmes including FP7 and H2020. Among others he was coordinator of CENTRALAB (3.0 mio €) project on establishing Living Labs in 8 CE countries. He has deep knowledge in public policy analysis, public participation methods, open innovation, public inclusion in decision making and public private people partnerships. He is also member of European Commission Bioeconomy Stakeholder Forum.
