Léonard Lévêque is a Senior Expert within the ANIMA network, and works to mobilize diaspora as coordinator of the DiafrikInvest project. He also develops the engineering of new activities in several themes of the network.

A graduate of the Grenoble Institute of Political Studies, Léonard Lévêque devoted himself to the study of territorial development policies on a metropolitan scale, before working for nearly 6 years on multilateral projects between Europe, the Mediterranean and Africa. In particular, he coordinated a portfolio of Euro-Mediterranean projects within the Agency for Sustainable Mediterranean Cities and Territories (AViTeM), on the development of low-carbon solutions and hybrid urban spaces.

He speaks English, French and Spanish and also teaches Euro-Mediterranean project management at the IEP of Aix-en-Provence.
