Milena has developed a strong passion for European cooperation and youth policy through various volunteering experiences in Europe. An IVY volunteer herself in 2019, from 2021 she works at the Association of European Border Regions as part of the IVY Team, contributing to the day-to-day implementation of the IVY initiative.
